The Seminar is an integrated part of the design studio „Performative Morphologie III“. Students will learn basics of computational design, digital simulation and fabrication processes. These can be developed by parametric, associative and generative design strategies, and are particularly suitable to transfer structural properties and morphologies of biological role models into architecture.
Focus is the integration of robotic fabrication into the design process.

Beneath digital modelling, simulation and fabrication skills, the basics of designing with fibre based composite systems will be introduced.

As a prerequisite for participation in the seminar, students must attend the design studio ,,Performative Morphologie III“.
